The 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Culture Corps is a group of team members nominated and recognized by their peers as examples of our Values in action. Each month, one member of the Culture Corps is recognized as a Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts of living our Values and helping our teams, customers and communities grow beyond what we believe is possible. Tim was nominated for showing what it means to win together. One of his nominators, Kyle Arnold says, 鈥渁side from his exceptional technical expertise, and uncanny ability to think outside of the box, Tim understands the importance of 鈥渂eing an attentive ear鈥 for his teammates and how deeply he cares about the morale and well-being of his coworkers.鈥 He brings new ideas to the table and is a champion for his team members at beta and throughout the crest family.
Brian joined our team as a Civil Engineer in 2014. His supervisor, Travis Larrabee, shared how Brian is dependable and has a talent for thinking outside the box to turn challenges into success. Brian鈥檚 nominator, Chris Willcutt, says, 鈥淏rian is always someone you can count on to get the job done. He meets challenges head-on and independently researches solutions to bring to the table. He is a great asset to the team that helps us win together!鈥
Lisa's nominator says that 鈥渂eyond being a dedicated and passionate member of the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 team, Lisa is extremely personable and kind to those around her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to lend a helping hand wherever she's needed.鈥 Her supervisor, Paul Bordelon, shares that Lisa鈥檚 role is unique and vital for the Robison Family and for 51黑料爆料网历史事件. The blend of working with the family and corporate side of the business takes someone with the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and an eye for continuous improvement, and 鈥渨e couldn鈥檛 have a better person in the role.鈥
Levi has been part of the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family for 8 years, and his leadership and dedication to living our values have been a key part of the growth of his team members. His nominator, Andrew Crawford, says, 鈥淟evi is continually going above and beyond with his leadership and guidance. He's constantly checking in to make sure his team is on track and in a good place within the business, and he [supports us] in many areas outside of just the day-to-day grind.鈥
51黑料爆料网历史事件 is pleased to announce we have TWO Culture Champions for the month of March, Keith Henry and David Harrington from the Proposal Team at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. These two created a brand-new procedure within the proposal development process and its impact is ringing loud and clear. Congratulations to Keith and David!
Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude鈥檚 Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children鈥檚 cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase 鈥渞ise to the challenge,鈥 and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the 51黑料爆料网历史事件 Family.
Crystal was nominated by her coworker, Diana St. Romain, who said, 鈥淚 couldn't think of a better person to recognize for her eleven-year commitment to the company and constant dedication to making sure customers and freight companies are satisfied.鈥 We are excited to recognize the hard work you do, the positive attitude you keep, and your willingness to go out of the way to help others in need.
Calvin was nominated by Donald Lachney and Todd Jennings who said Calvin is a hard worker and adapts easily when challenges arise. With 32 years of welding experience and 6 years as a certified welding inspector, Calvin has been instrumental in making sure optimal meets their zero percent weld reject rate, zero percent re-work, and one-hundred percent leak free start-ups by using his leadership skills to coach and mentor other quality control and field personnel.
Andrew had multiple nominators who shared how he is a reliable team player, hardworking, and eager to help when challenges arise. Andrew is passionately helping to build the culture at packages, celebrating others for the work they do, and volunteering for events in the community. He embodies our values of winning together and rising to the challenge, and DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations values of be who you are and give.
